These terms govern your use of GameOn!, a multi-sport match-reminder app published by MujiLab. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who we are and acceptance

GameOn! is published by MujiLab (sole proprietorship, France). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use GameOn!.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You can delete your account, and the personal data tied to it, at any time from inside the app. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. The service

GameOn! lets you follow teams and athletes and sends you reminders before their matches. We work hard to keep schedules accurate, but match data is provided by third parties and may occasionally be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Reminders are delivered on a best-effort basis and depend on your device and network. GameOn! is a reminder and information tool, not a ticketing, betting or live-broadcast service.

5. GameOn! Plus subscription

GameOn! Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features. The free tier remains fully usable without it.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. We do not process your payment directly.
• The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown to you before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel your subscription, and request refunds, through your Apple or Google account, according to the store's policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no illegal use, no attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no automated scraping, and no use that infringes the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The GameOn! app, its name, logo, mascot and design are owned by MujiLab. Team names, league names, competition names, logos and related marks belong to their respective owners, and are used for identification and information only. GameOn! is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, federation, athlete or organization.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that match data is accurate or complete, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MujiLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed reminders or inaccurate match data. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer-protection rights of users in the European Union.

10. App stores

When you download GameOn! from the Apple App Store, this agreement is between you and MujiLab only, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. MujiLab, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and for any support, which you can reach at contact@mujilab.com. When you download GameOn! from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to your use of the store.

11. Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use GameOn! after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
